Plants are powerful. They have the ability to feed many living things providing them with a plethora of nutrients. Imagine what a plant-based eating style can do for you?

Plant-based is an eating style that focuses on most people's food consumption to be plant-focused. A plant-based eating style is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes with few or no animal products. There are no restrictions on this eating style, but the overall goal is to gradually increase plants' consumption. Individuals focus on reducing the consumption of highly processed foods, previously cooked, canned, frozen, packages, or changed in nutritional composition. The benefits of being plant-based are that there are no restrictions to real food. Suppose you are interested in having a steak for dinner. Have your steak! Do not restrict yourself! The overall goal is to increase the consumption of plants; 75%-80 % of diet consumption of plants. Don't feel guilty if you decide to have eggs, dairy, or meat.
Your body requires nutrients to function optimally, and the positive benefits of a plant-based eating style are that we can obtain essential nutrients from all plants. When food is consumed in its natural state or minimal processing, you can achieve optimal health, and you will provide your body with what it needs.
